Health Post at Pulogebang Terminal is Still on Alert until April 18

The health post continues to be on standby at the Pulogebang Bus Terminal, Cakung, East Jakarta. During the Idull Fitri holidays, the post on the Mezanine Floor of the arrival terminal operates 24 hours and will be operating until April 18, 2024.

East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar said the health post at the Pulogebang Bus Terminal was operated by the East Jakarta Health Sub-agency, East Jakarta PMI, and Jakarta BNN.

"This post was set up for travelers and bus crews at the terminal," he expressed, Monday (4/15).

1,033 Travelers Arrived at Pulogebang Bus Terminal

East Jakarta Health Sub-agency Acting Head, Inu Harimurti added the post itself has been set up from April 3 to 18, 2024. The post officers were from ten sub-district health centers in East Jakarta assisted by PMI and BNNP.

"Every day, they are divided into three shifts and we also provide between 2 to 3 ambulances here," he explained.

Pulogebang Bus Terminal Health Service Officer, Eko Dwi Yanto uttered that the medics managed to serve around 348 travelers and bus crews.

"We also checked up the bus crew's health, including drug and alcohol tests. So far, no one has tested positive for drugs or alcohol," he stated.
